How to Register On-Line

On-line registration has now closed. Please register on-site at the Adelaide Convention Centre, Sunday 16 November 3.00pm-6.00pm; Monday 17 November and Tuesday 18 November 8.00am-5.00pm.

If you would prefer an invoice, complete the form without payment.  A confirmation of registration and a Tax Invoice/Receipt will be emailed in the following few days.

Conference Registration Entitlements

 

Full registration fees cover attendance at all sessions Monday 17 and Tuesday 18 November 2008, morning and afternoon teas, light lunches, one set of proceedings, conference satchel, and attendance at the Welcome Reception Sunday 16 November and Dinner Monday 17 November 2008.   

 

Day registration fees cover attendance at sessions on Monday 17 or Tuesday 18 November 2008, morning and afternoon tea, light lunch, one set of proceedings, conference satchel. Attendance at the Welcome Reception Sunday 16 November and Dinner Monday 17 November 2008 are additional costs.  

 

Workshop Registration Entitlements

 

Workshop registration fees Workshops 1,3 and 4 cover attendance at one half-day workshop Wednesday 19 November 2008 and morning tea.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

 

All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations postmarked on or before Monday 20 October 2008 will incur a fee of $100. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked after this date. 

 

The Conferences Organisers reserve the right to change dates, program and speakers without notice due to circumstances beyond their control. 

 

Insurance  

 

Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
